Is there something
in your community you’ve always wanted to change or improve, but never had the chance?
Could volunteering be your next step, not just to give back, but to explore a new passion, purpose, or even a future career?
LEDGE IMPACT TEAMS Purpose
1.
Empower and inspire young adults (18–30) to take action through volunteering, making a difference, and creating lasting change in their communities.
2.
Help young adults find purpose, build community, and discover their place in the world through service.
3.
Mobilize young adults to serve their communities, become changemakers, and lead with impact through volunteering.
4.
Ignite a passion for service by creating opportunities for young adults to lead, connect, and give back.

What We Do
Each team will come together around a unique interest, concern, or cause in the community where they can be a part of making change. Through research, collaboration, action and debrief, the team will plan and implement projects to make a difference. To expand their impact, the teams will invite other peers to work alongside them with the projects.
